WHAT IS A PYTHON TUBE?

A python beer cooling system consists on a set of tubes (some for the products and others for the water re-circulation) joined by a tape and insulation. The python, which can contain up to 32 tubes inside, let drinks flow in any environment (even outdoors, such as a music festival) and keeps them cool down thanks to its internal cooling tubes without needing multiple refrigerators.

More than python tubing in Tubing Food we have developed a heat exchanger which is able to keep beer down to 32ºF and pour it into a glass below 35ºF using only water as re-circulation.

CONTACT PYTHON

The contact python keeps the product cold thanks to the inclusion of tubes filled with cold water in constant circulation. Contact pythons can have up to 32 tubes inside, which makes them the most versatile option on the market.

PYTHON WITH ELECTRICAL CABLES

Allows electricity conduction to illuminate the tower or adjacent signs.

PYTHON WITH DATA CABLES

If you have a flowmeter or other counter element that generates data, through this cable you can send them everywhere you wish.

PYTHON WITH JACKET OR PVC TAPE

It avoids condensation of the tube by adding a PVC jacket to the python. For more optimal results, we recommend PVC tape.

PYTHON WITH ALUMINIUM FOIL

Add an aluminum foil between the transparent film and the insulation: you will preserve better the temperature of the product.

FLOODED PYTHON

The flooded python guarantees the freshness of the product by flooding the tube that contains it in cold water in constant circulation. Its capacity to maintain the cold is the highest in the market. The number of tubes that it can contain is smaller than in the contact python.

FLOODED PYTHON

The standard model consists on a PVC tube which is completely flooded of water and inside of it there are tubes with the products.

CORRUGATED PYTHON

It is a flooded python but with a corrugated PVC tube, which offers greater flexibility.
